“The loan process these days can be a hassle or smooth and straightforward depending on who your mortgage broker is. Despite good credit, I have had stressful hassle-filled experiences in the past. I was referred to Andy 8 years ago. I have completed four loans with him since then. They have all gone smoothly and on schedule. Andy behind the scenes takes care of all the lenders inquiries. I can't imagine with working with anybody else. If you want an easy, reasonable process go with Andy. If you want nit picking, never ending back and forth inquires try someone else. I did reach out, and Andy has been so helpful from day one. I love asking questions and Andy has always been thrilled to answer my questions or explain anything I didn’t understand. He is very knowledgeable and helped my partner and I see all our loan options including a renovation loan vs FHA vs conventional loans, etc. He also was an incredible sounding board to help us get creative with how we could qualify for the optimal loan amount given all our credit history and current debts owed with vehicles and student loans. We ended up getting a conventional loan big enough for the house we wanted. The house had previous smokers and we are completely renovating the interior. Andy helped work with us and our realtor to get credits toward our closing costs and keep the most cash in hand so we could do renovations without needing a renovation loan. I couldn’t recommend Andy enough! He definitely tailored his recommendations and help to be on point with our specific needs and challenges.
